SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION OVERVIEW

At Procured LLC, we want to make our cancellation process straightforward and transparent. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time directly through your account settings. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for canceling your Procured subscription.

1. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Once you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have full access to all features until your subscription expires
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No cancellation fees apply

2. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full year. If you cancel an annual subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your annual billing period
  • No refunds are typically provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew for the following year

Note: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our refund policy below.

3. REFUND POLICY

While we generally do not provide refunds for subscription fees, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of your initial subscription
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service
  • There was an error in billing

4. DATA EXPORT AND PRESERVATION

After cancellation, you have 60 days to export your data from your account. We recommend exporting all important business data before your subscription expires. Your data will be preserved for 60 days after cancellation to allow for account reactivation or data export.

5. ACCOUNT REACTIVATION

You can reactivate your account at any time within 60 days of cancellation by signing up for a new subscription through your account settings. After 60 days, your account data may be permanently deleted.

6. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Procured account
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation

7. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Company reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
